Text of the Convention
The text of the Rotterdam Convention contained in this site includes the amendments adopted by the First Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (Geneva, 20 - 24 September 2004).
The text was further amended at the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (Rome, 27 – 31 October 2008) with the addition of all tributyltin compounds (TBT) to Annex III.
