The Rotterdam Convention secretariat provided technical assistance in risk assessment and management under its industrial chemicals support programme using a synergistic approach that involved the Stockholm and Basel Conventions, World Health Organization (WHO), International Labour Organization (ILO), Centre for International Environmental Law (CIEL) and UNEP Chemicals and Wastes Branch in the delivery of training and capacity-building activities.
